A subscription, priced by scale.

The platform is a monthly subscription. It is not free. You are not charged per person either — the price follows how much business you write, so a small agency pays like a small agency.

What you are paying for

01

The whole system

Taking the risk in, pricing it, putting it on cover, the permanent record, and the insurer’s monthly report. Everyone gets all of it — there is no cheaper version that leaves out the audit trail.

02

New products included

Setting up a new product is filling in settings, so we do it as part of the service — not as a quoted project with a contract attached.

03

Your data stays yours

Take everything out whenever you like, in ordinary file formats, free. If you stay, it should be because the system is good — not because leaving is painful.

How it is structured

A monthly fee, plus an amount that follows the work.

Two parts. A monthly subscription covers the system itself and the products you run on it. On top of that, a smaller amount follows how much the system does for you. Hiring an underwriter to open up a new class does not put your bill up on its own.

We publish how we charge here, and agree the actual numbers with you directly — because the right number depends on the shape of your book. Once they are settled we will publish them in full.

The platform

A paid subscription.

Agencies that write business on an insurer’s behalf pay a monthly subscription, priced by how much they write.

The Marketplace (proposed)

Free for brokers, if it launches.

The proposed Marketplace would be free for brokers — no subscription, nothing to post or place a risk. That commitment is written into the draft Constitution.

Common questions

Am I locked in?

Agreements run a year at a time. There is no minimum amount you have to write, no requirement to use us exclusively, and we never ask for a share of your business.

What does it cost to connect our other systems?

The connections work the same way for everybody and the instructions are public. Joining your systems up is optional and never sold as a separate project.
